Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tails to Prints website at tailstoprints.com (the "Site") operated by Tails to Prints ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Tails to Prints is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Because all products are custom-made and enter production quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. To request a cancellation within the allowed window, contact us immediately at support@tailstoprints.com with your order number.
All Tails to Prints products are custom-made to order. Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipping begins. This production period is in addition to shipping transit times shown at checkout. We do not guarantee production completion by any specific date. Placing an order during peak periods (holidays, promotions) may result in longer production times.
Tails to Prints creates custom artwork based on photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order where the uploaded content violates these requirements or our sole judgment of acceptable use. Orders cancelled for prohibited content are not eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for reviewing uploaded content prior to production and bear no liability for content submitted by customers.
Our artwork is generated based on the quality and content of the photo you provide. We do not guarantee any specific artistic outcome. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, and angle. We strongly recommend uploading a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of your pet for best results. Refunds will not be issued solely due to dissatisfaction with the artistic interpretation of an acceptable photo.
The artwork previews and final printed artwork sold on this site are created using artificial intelligence (AI) image-generation technology, guided by the photo you upload and the art style you select. Each piece is generated individually from your photo. Artwork is not hand-drawn or hand-painted by a human artist. The preview shown before checkout is the artwork that will appear on your product, and by placing an order you acknowledge that your product features AI-generated artwork created from your uploaded photo.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Tails to Prints is not responsible for delays caused by our print fulfillment partner (Printify), shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Tails to Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed carrier delivery.
We stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or does not match your order, you are eligible for a free reprint or full refund.
To request a reprint or refund: contact us at support@tailstoprints.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will resolve it within 2 business days. You do not need to return the item.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for: customer errors in size or color selection at checkout; change of mind after purchase; general dissatisfaction with the artistic interpretation where the artwork accurately reflects the uploaded photo; orders where a low-quality photo was submitted; minor print placement variations within 0.5" of intended placement; or orders cancelled outside the 24-hour cancellation window.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us first at support@tailstoprints.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be filed in bad faith and to recover associated fees. Accounts found to have submitted fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from using our Site.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Tails to Prints and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
The custom artwork generated for your order is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, reproduce for commercial purposes, or sublicense the artwork without our written consent.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAILS TO PRINTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Tails to Prints shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier failures, internet outages, or government actions. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the circumstance, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tails to Prints and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your submission of prohibited content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
You and Tails to Prints agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or purchase of products ("Dispute") will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.
You waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You may only bring claims against Tails to Prints in your individual capacity.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@tailstoprints.com and attempt to resolve the Dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the Dispute is not resolved informally, arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration organization under its applicable rules. The arbitration will take place in the state where Tails to Prints is based, or via video conference at either party's request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Tails to Prints operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 16 shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
